My sister gave me this idea to draw someone as Captian Underpants. She originally wanted Cyrus, then I ghose Ash, but we both agreed on Silver.
Okay, so, here's the story behind this pic:
Paul hypnotized Silver into thinking that he's Captain Underpants, and it worked like a charm. Though Reggie's kinda confused with why Silver's flyin' through the sky and his ass is whistling. THANK YOU PEANUT!
